Heartsaver
The AHA’s Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (for example, OSHA), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

Family and Friends CPR
The AHA’s Family & Friends CPR course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. This course does NOT provide a course completion card.

This course reflects the latest resuscitation science and treatment recommendations published by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), and it conforms with the 2020 American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC and the annual Guidelines Update.

The goal of the this training program is for participants to gain or improve knowledge and skill proficiency in adult first aid and CPR AED for adult, child, and infant.

Superior Bleeding Control/
Stop The Bleed
Superior Bleeding Control for Community Members online and/or in-person skills
This online course trains bystanders in the community how to administer care to others with confidence in a life-threatening situation, where a victim, or victims, may lose their life due to a serious injury that results in bleeding. Instruction will include use of commercial bleeding control tools as well as information on how to create improvised bandages and tourniquets from everyday items. Completion of this course will prepare you to provide life-saving measures while waiting for Emergency Service Providers to arrive on scene and improve victim survival by ensuring smooth transition of care.
Superior Bleeding Control for Emergency Service Providers online and/or in-person skills
Emergency Service Providers are skilled in administering life-saving interventions in the case of an accident or mass casualty event. This course serves two important needs:
First, it focuses on the skills Emergency Service Providers need to refine their advanced bleeding control techniques in a variety of emergent situations.
Secondly, it will help Emergency Service Providers understand the basic skills a community member may apply prior to their arrival and explores methods to smooth the transition of care from an assisting community member to trained emergency response professionals.
